We advice clients to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before appointments, so we can be sensitized to your specific needs. We asked that you communicate any concerns, questions or expectations to the therapist before treatment. During all treatments, you will be appropriately draped.
Please book all appointments at least THREE (3) days in advance. Full payment is required when booking all appointments, this is a non-refundable booking fee.
We understand that unanticipated events happens occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored.
48 hours advanced notice is required when cancelling, rescheduling or making changes to your appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 48 hours advanced notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. When you provide a minimum of 48 hour’s notice, your session fee will be applied to your next appointment once rescheduled within 30 days.
If you cancel with less than 48 hour’s notice, you will be charged the FULL RATE. Gift certificates will be void due to late cancellation or No-Shows.
If you cancel an appointment two (2) times consecutively, even if it is within the required 48 hours time frame you will be required to pay in advance for any future sessions; with the understanding that if you do not show up for your session, you will still lose 100% of your payment. Exceptions will be made for documented emergencies only.
NO-SHOWS:- Anyone who either forgets or consciously choose to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-Show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. If you cancel with less than
LATE ARRIVALS:- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, we reserve the right to cancel your session. In the event we proceed with your session anyway, keep the following in mind: regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time
